food in jars


I found this gem at the library tonight.  Tis the season for canning.  I have only done canning a couple of times but have loved every minute of it. This book is making me so excited for the fall season. I can hardly wait for the fun things we have planned in the upcoming months.

my next goal when i have time is to do a big canning project! since we live away from home it's hard to do without my mom/ sister-in-laws/ grandma, but maybe i'll get some friends together to do peach jam! you've inspired me!
