Today is a very sacred and important day pertaining to my beliefs. I sent a lot of heart felt prayers to my Heavenly Father for how grateful I am that I have the knowledge of the gospel in my life. For the past 10 years my Mom and I have always reminded each other that "today is April 6th," or "April 6th is tomorrow." It holds a special place in both of our hearts. My Mother's only son and my only Brother served his LDS Mission in the same area that Joseph Smith saw God the Father and Jesus Christ. He was blessed to visit the Sacred Grove many times on his mission. I have also visited the Sacred Grove multiple times. To celebrate April 6th we don't make cakes or sing Birthday songs. We do celebrate this day by letting the Lord know that we are truly grateful for all that we have. I hope your April 6th was as great and that it can and will bring to you the happiness that it brings me.
